Responsibilities :

Supervise daily operations of an active sales floor with 20+ agents

Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback to your team

Monitor KPIs and maintain alignment with campaign goals

Ensure high standards of attendance, punctuality, and adherence to procedures

Collaborate with management to streamline performance reporting and improvements

Support lead generation and implement effective closing strategies

Requirements :

Proven experience (2+ years) in managing or leading a sales team, preferably in a call center environment

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Deep understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and closing strategies

Ability to monitor KPIs and drive performance against targets

Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced, night-shift setting

Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of CRM systems and productivity tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad for on-site work
