Manage a team of approximately 10 to 20 Service Professionals (CSRs).
Ensures 100% of Service Professionals (CSRs) meet and / or exceed their overall customer satisfaction and experience, quality, and productivity standards.
Provides consistent, balanced, and timely performance feedback on CSRs' performance.
Ensures a positive work environment, continuous learning, and a high-quality employment experience for your team.
Provides leadership and manages to all operational standards, meeting and exceeding all department goals.
Applies timely performance management standards and processes.
Effectively communicates and manages change in operating procedures and processes to ensure staff understanding, retention, and appropriate execution.
Coaches, develops, and engages the CSRs to increase their productivity while enhancing their own abilities and careers.
Note : Must have 1 year experience in injury claims project.
