What You Will Be Doing

Establish and nurture strategic alliances with local organizations that influence Alpha's target demographic.

Provide partners with content, resources, and campaign assistance to execute aligned, high-impact local initiatives.

Process and qualify partner-generated prospects, record relevant information in the CRM, and transfer them to the admissions department.

Implement AI solutions to optimize outreach, automate follow-up communications, monitor partner engagement, and maintain precise CRM documentation.

Enhance internal standard operating procedures, strategy documents, and FAQs to incorporate the latest field insights.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Participating in theoretical planning sessions—this position requires practical, hands-on implementation.

Conducting on-site visits or in-person work—all partner coordination is handled remotely.

Overseeing ongoing family relationships or enrollment processes—these responsibilities belong to the admissions team.

Depending on marketing initiatives, you’ll be directly responsible for generating local interest and demand.

Key Responsibilities Generate initial awareness and qualified prospect acquisition for new Alpha locations through remote, partner-orchestrated community outreach strategies.

Basic Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in community partnerships, grassroots campaigns, or local relationship development roles.

Proven ability to independently manage a complete pipeline from initial contact through follow-up to successful conversion.

Demonstrated success working with discerning audiences (such as high-net-worth families or executive decision-makers).

Skilled use of CRM platforms (like HubSpot) and aptitude for implementing AI to enhance workflow productivity.

Willingness to adjust schedule for partner events or project deadlines (occasional evenings / weekends required).

Must reside in the United States or Canada with authorization to work without requiring sponsorship.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD / hour, equating to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
