Job Title : Manafa Campus Ambassador Program (MCAP)
Location : On-Campus (with remote collaboration and twice-a-month visits to Manafa Office)
Duration : 6 months – 1 year
Reporting To : People & Culture Department
Compensation : This is an unpaid role; however, you’ll receive certificates, mentorship support for your Final Year Project (FYP), and access to potential internship or employment opportunities with Manafa.
About the Role
As a Manafa Campus Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of Manafa at your university. Your role is to build and strengthen the bridge between Manafa and your campus community by promoting our brand, initiatives, career opportunities, and culture among students. You’ll work closely with the People and Culture Department to organize on-campus awareness, networking, and engagement activities that help identify potential talent and foster strong university relations. This position is ideal for students who are proactive, socially active, and passionate about leadership, technology, and community-building.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation & PromotionAct as the primary liaison between Manafa and your university.
Promote Manafa’s programs, job / internship opportunities, events, and initiatives within student communities.Share official content, updates, and campaigns through social media, WhatsApp groups, and student networks.Represent Manafa in university fairs, seminars, and events when required.Campus Engagement & Event CoordinationCoordinate and assist in organizing seminars, webinars, or workshops conducted by Manafa on your campus.
Arrange info sessions, company awareness drives, and tech talks to introduce students to Manafa’s work culture and opportunities.Collaborate with university societies and departments to plan events or recruit participants for campaigns and competitions.Talent Outreach & ReferralsIdentify high-potential students interested in roles, internships, or collaborations with Manafa.
Encourage fellow students to apply for open positions and refer suitable candidates to the P&C team.Gather feedback and insights from students regarding what excites them about tech / startups and share it with Manafa’s P&C Team for improving engagement strategies.Social Media & Content SupportCreate buzz about Manafa’s initiatives by sharing social media posts, stories, and updates on personal and university groups.
Collaborate with Manafa’s marketing team to produce creative content (videos, testimonials, posts) showcasing your campus activities.Increase brand awareness and online engagement through creative campaigns or challenges.Reporting & CoordinationMaintain regular communication with the P&C point of contact.
Submit monthly reports summarizing your campus activities, reach, and student engagement.Attend bi-weekly virtual meetings or training sessions to discuss goals, upcoming activities, and feedback.Who Can Apply
Final-year students with a Computer Science or related degree are preferred.Active members of student societies, clubs, or university networks are preferred.Must have good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).Passionate about representing a corporate brand and building student engagement.Required Skills & Attributes
