Position Overview : The MBA Programme Coordination Associate will support the MBA Programme Director in the planning, coordination, and delivery of key MBA programme activities. The role spans exchange program administration, experiential module coordination, adjunct faculty management, industry engagement, communications, and support for international study tours. This position requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities : Student Exchange Program
: Manage the full exchange semester cycle for outgoing MBA students
: Coordinate group formation, deliverable timelines, and student presentations
: Coordinate course schedules, delivery logistics, and assessment timelines
: Manage the MBA programme’s LinkedIn presence
: Coordinate international study tour logistics and stakeholder communication
s : Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skill
s.Strong command of MS Office / Google Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn content creatio
