Overview
The Shaukat Khanum Student Ambassador Programme offers students a unique opportunity to represent the mission of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (SKMCH&RC) in their colleges or institutes worldwide. Ambassadors serve as liaisons between the hospital and their educational institutions, gaining hands-on marketing experience and developing leadership and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
- Students currently enrolled in a recognised college / institute from all across the world are eligible to apply.
Guidelines for Shaukat Khanum Student Ambassador Programme
High school students (overseas) or students of 11th Grade and above (within Pakistan) currently enrolled in a recognized college / institute are eligible to apply. Applicants must demonstrate a strong academic record and involvement in extracurricular activities.Candidates must hold at least one affiliation or membership with a club or society within their respective institutes.Applicants are required to submit the Application Form for review and shortlisting.Ambassadors will be selected for a one-year term, concluding in December.Ambassadors must engage with us monthly to assist in organizing events and activities in their institutes. They may promote marketing and fundraising campaigns and organize events such as charity days, bake sales, sports tournaments, cancer awareness walks, or other popular activities in their institutes.Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust will provide all necessary promotional materials for organizing these events / activities.Ambassadors are advised not to accept direct donations from the public except for fundraising activities endorsed by the Hospital. Donors should be guided to submit all donations directly to the Hospital via authorized channels as publicized on the site.SKMCH&RC reserves the right to cancel the appointment of ambassadors at any time, at its sole discretion.Why join Shaukat Khanum Student Ambassador Programme
