Community Manager

Pixelette Technologies is searching for a resourceful and dynamic Community Manager to engage and grow our communities across multiple platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and others. This role involves being the bridge between our company and its communities, fostering active participation, and nurturing a positive environment for discussions centered on blockchain and AI technologies.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement community management strategies that foster growth, engagement, and a strong sense of community across various platforms.
• Manage daily operations on community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit, ensuring active and engaging communication.
• Monitor community conversations and provide timely and thoughtful responses to questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Create and schedule regular content updates, announcements, and discussions to keep the community informed and involved.
• Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, implementing community guidelines and moderating discussions to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
• Organize and host online community events, such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, and discussion panels, to increase community engagement and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to align community initiatives with broader company goals and product updates.
• Analyze community feedback and report insights back to relevant teams to help shape product improvements and marketing strategies.
• Track and report on community growth and engagement metrics, utilizing data to refine community management practices continually.
