Creator Partnerships Manager

The Creator Partnerships Manager will spearhead engagement with creators, influencers, and talent agencies to drive creator adoption, retention, and satisfaction on BigBaat. This role is central to building the creator ecosystem and ensuring creators thrive on the platform. Key Responsibilities

Onboard, manage, and nurture relationships with creators. Design creator growth and monetization programs. Act as the main point of contact for creators and agencies. Ensure creators understand tools, analytics, and monetization opportunities. Drive retention through engagement campaigns, workshops, and community building. Provide insights to product / tech teams based on creator feedback. Required Skills / Experience

5–7+ years in influencer / creator partnerships, talent management, or entertainment. Strong understanding of creator economy and social platforms. Relationship management and negotiation expertise. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partnerships. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Existing network of influencers, creators, and agencies. Experience at TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other creator-first companies.
