$100.00 / hr - $100.00 / hr What You Will Be Doing

Conduct Community Strategy Reviews to assess and plan community performance improvements with actionable recommendations. Develop and deploy Platform Configuration Packages with seamless admin console changes, ensuring smooth transitions from staging to production. Lead Client Training Sessions to empower client teams with knowledge and skills for community operations and technical configurations. What You Won’t Be Doing

Moderate content calendars or manage social media posts. Handle routine moderation queues or reactively fight firefighting incidents. Follow pre-set playbooks without room for innovation or ownership. Key Responsibilities

Ensure the customer community operates at peak performance, driving strategic engagement, reducing support load, and accelerating customer success through expert-driven optimization and enablement. Basic Requirements

Minimum of 3 years managing or advising digital customer communities. Experience configuring and administering modern community platforms such as Discourse, Higher Logic, or Salesforce Experience Cloud. Proven track record managing enterprise accounts worth at least $1 million. Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools or analytics platforms, such as HubSpot automation or Jasper.
