Network Support Engineer

Job Description

To handle network deployment / maintenance of FTTH Network & GPON Network which includes Fiber optic cable laying / splicing / testing, ONT installation, router configuration and delivery of triple play services (Internet, cable TV and phone). To supervise field team(s) ensuring KPIs are met. For reading and understanding manufacturer documentation / manuals of different equipment used in Transmission. Conduct surveys of high-rise buildings, sites and monitor deployment of network. Monitor complete installations of FTTH, understanding customer requirements at the time of survey and preparing cost estimate for new installations. Having knowledge of Wi Fi coverage tools will be added advantage. Requirements
