We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of enhancing technology integration and support for our clients.

Responsibilities : - Provide 24 / 7 technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues. - Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance during the night shift. - Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions and improve service delivery. - Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions. - Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides.

Job Specification : - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with networking concepts and systems administration. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts. - Experience with help desk tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
