We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our key clients. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through customized solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage contracts, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize value for both clients and the organization. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts. Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities to add value. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, delivery, marketing, and support) to ensure client satisfaction and deliver customized solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and client retention. Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on account status and growth opportunities. Identify risks and address client concerns proactively. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to better serve clients. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver client-focused solutions. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, delivery, marketing, support). Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and market trends.
