About the opportunity
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors who generate the most business in terms of orders and revenue for foodpanda.
- Serve as the main contact for city-wide Client Accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all Key Accounts.
- Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Drive MoM growth of all assigned Accounts.
- Communicate progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns, etc.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly & quarterly sales results, annual forecasts).
- Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships, and co-branding activities.
- Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
- Handle additional tasks / projects as they arise.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the function.1-2 years’ experience in a relevant field.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google equivalents.Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.Driven, ambitious, and proactive.Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.Detail-oriented with attention to all process steps.Process-oriented and data-driven mindset.Who we are
