Manage key accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and maximize sales opportunities within them. Understand key customer needs and requirements. Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure loyalty. Maintain and grow current business in the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding company objectives annually. Negotiate and close commercial agreements following company guidelines. Achieve assigned sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Train and educate customers and their associates on product lines, marketing, and advertising programs. Manage successful bid submissions. Participate in sales promotion and marketing activities regionally. Use relationship selling to help customers grow their business with Arwen’s solutions and services. Resolve product issues promptly. Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on credit issues. Participate in opportunity mapping sessions with vendors. Engage in GNG meetings and vendor / product selection for opportunities. Update sales CRM records regularly. Requirements
Routine tasks include preparing weekly reports and quarterly reviews, with communication to higher management and maintaining an essential data recording system. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA) : Deep industry knowledge, highly motivated, structured, and organized. Familiarity with Arwen’s solutions and products, proficient in MS Office, strong account management skills. Reliable, responsible, driven to exceed sales targets, sound judgment, and ability to engage decision-makers at customer organizations. Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degrees preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field (System Integrator), with an edge for those with freight or more years in IT sales. Experience managing major national accounts and a self-motivated attitude. Competencies
