Senior - Key Account Manager (Talent Pool)

About the opportunity As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors who generate the most business in terms of orders and revenue for foodpanda.

• Serve as the main contact for city-wide Client Accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all Key Accounts.
• Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Drive MoM growth of all assigned Accounts.
• Communicate progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns, etc.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly & quarterly sales results, annual forecasts).
• Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships, and co-branding activities.
• Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
• Handle additional tasks / projects as they arise.
