Perform necessary activities associated with lead generation and PR. Specifically targeting professionals and potential clients interested in buying offices, apartments, retail, and commercial spaces. Meeting deal execution timelines. Evaluate and assess additional exposure to new relationships. Participate in strategic decisions regarding changing, updating, and commercial plans. Offer strong cross-sale options specifically designed for potential buyers. Evaluate business demand for real estate uses. Identify opportunities to add corporate value via real estate assets and solutions. Provide improvised solutions for potential buyers and conduct competitor analysis. Focus on the achievement of new business goals, as determined by the Line Commercial Director. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong PR network and social circle. Residing in Islamabad / Rawalpindi. Real estate background preferred.
