Manager Business Development

A large dynamic organization is looking for a Business Development Manager. This position will work closely with top management to support business goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

• Manage all social media campaigns
• Develop social media strategy to maintain and grow each channel
• Manage internal / external client relationships concerning functionality and content issues across all company websites and online marketing efforts
• Traffic content management and the ongoing development of the corporate website
• Oversee all email campaigns, including creative development, list management, distribution, and backend analysis and reporting
• Explore new e-commerce and online opportunities to support marketing strategy
• Maintain accurate documentation of all components of e-campaigns, including lists, timelines, creative assets, responses, revenue, and distribute accordingly
• Prepare interactive reports to update strategic managers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of professional experience in online marketing preferred. Graduate degree in computer science, business management, or related fields preferred. Strong understanding of internet technologies. Knowledge of Flash, CSS, HTML, Photoshop is a plus. Highly organized with attention to deadlines and project timeframes. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of internet processes, including site content, databases, and marketing systems. Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion. Service-oriented, self-motivated, approachable, and flexible. Basic understanding of database applications and logic. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. A collaborative team player capable of working with diverse opinions and ideas.
