We are currently seeking an experienced Evening Human Resource Manager with a background in the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering industry to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities : Oversee and manage HR operations during evening shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training for evening staff. Provide support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor employee engagement and drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Job Specification : Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering sector. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
