Human Resource Manager

Overview

As our human resource manager you would work with our international employers, immigration lawyers and local applicants for foreign jobs and immigration to Canada, USA, Australia and Brazil. You will match the best candidate with jobs available from international employers in the above countries. Daily updating of company website and ad design for print media. You will write CV and cover letters for our applicants to improve their chances of getting a job interview. You will train our applicants in the most effective telephonic and video job interview skills. International transfer : you may be able to work at our future office in Brazil.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary : Rs. depending on capabilities. Incentive : Rs. 10000 for each successful placement resulting in foreign immigration for our Pakistani applicants and international employers.

Coordinate with international employers, immigration lawyers and local applicants for jobs and immigration processes in Canada, USA, Australia and Brazil. Match candidates to suitable job openings with international employers. Update the company website and design ads for print media. Prepare and refine CVs and cover letters to improve candidates’ interview opportunities. Train applicants in effective telephonic and video interview techniques. Contribute to potential international transfer opportunities, including future office in Brazil.

Job Specification / Qualifications

An MBA in Human Resource Management from a well reputed university with a 3.0+ grade average and certification or diploma in Graphic Arts and web design. Alternatively, an MCS degree with experience in Human Resource Management. You are creative, solution-oriented, and capable of making the job application, interviewing and candidate selection process swift and efficient. Result oriented, original thinker; honest, loyal, dedicated, persistent, humble, humane, kind and thoughtful. Objective and merit-based selection. Quick thinker with effective decision-making skills. Willing to be unconventional. Learns from mistakes and turns them into valuable experiences. Desire to excel and strive to exceed goals and tasks.
