We are an established IT company looking for an HR Manager for our Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi office.

Responsibilities :

• 3+ years of experience in an HR leadership role with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
• Experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
• HR experience relevant to the IT industry will be of distinctive advantage.
• Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels in the organization; experience in executive coaching is a plus.
• Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
• Effective collaboration with an HR team and other teams.
• Strong Project / Program Management Skills.
• Effective English communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
