Leading the human resources and administration functions in the company’s countrywide offices, with the responsibility for organizing, integrating, and directing all related activities which support the company’s overall business strategy. Define and implement the company’s short and long-term human resources strategy. Managing compensation and benefits, recruitment, employees and industrial relations, human resource development, education and training, and employee communications. Liaising and planning with respective HR Managers (Recruitment & Separation, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to meet needs of business division(s). Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations. To manage and lead the administration Team and ensure that all assigned functions to each team member are properly performed, executed and delivered within the specified time frames. To define and outline the different job roles, descriptions or functions of each administration team member and closely monitor and keep track of ongoing requests, assignments or deliverables pending with any of the members of the team.
