Job Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and implement HR policies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Liaise between the Board of Management and employees.
Manage, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals across various levels in Administration and Human Resources to ensure optimal utilization of their potential.
Forecast and project future administrative and HR requirements, advising the Board on staffing needs and surpluses.
Coordinate with other departments to provide necessary administrative and HR support.
Ensure proper maintenance, repair, cleanliness, and security of office facilities and assets, optimizing utilization and minimizing wastage.
Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Monitor and update inventory records.
Supervise recruitment, transfers, postings, training, performance appraisals, increments, benefits, disciplinary actions, attendance, and leave records for all employees, ensuring compliance with policies.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis; design and implement training programs; and prepare related documentation.
Develop and update Job Descriptions for all positions.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
Oversee timely submission of Performance Evaluation Reports.
Prepare cases for bonuses, increments, and promotions as per criteria.
Implement procedures for handling employee complaints in accordance with applicable rules.
Research and advise on competitive salary and benefits structures based on market rates.
Report misconduct to appropriate authorities.
Communicate HR policies, job descriptions, working conditions, remuneration, benefits, and growth opportunities to employees.
Represent the company in HR-related legal proceedings.
Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO.
Job Specifications
Masters in Business Administration in HR or a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Strong leadership and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to discipline and motivate employees.
Experience in designing and expanding training and development programs.
Ability to identify training needs through analysis and consultation.
Experience in managing training delivery and devising organizational training strategies.
Keep abreast of developments in training by reading journals, attending meetings, and courses.
Assist top management in developing annual budgets and plans.
Collaborate with management to create and evaluate training courses.
