We are an established IT company looking for an HR Manager for our Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi office. Responsibilities :

3+ years of experience in an HR leadership role with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. HR experience relevant to the IT industry will be of distinctive advantage. Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels in the organization; experience in executive coaching is a plus. Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills and identify and drive appropriate solutions. Effective collaboration with an HR team and other teams. Strong Project / Program Management Skills. Effective English communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Job Specification :
