This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate our database efficiently.

Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to citizens across the United States to assess their healthcare needs. Provide information about various healthcare providers and services within our network. Assist individuals in understanding their options and guide them in choosing the most suitable healthcare providers. Schedule appointments and follow up as necessary to ensure successful connections. Update customer information and call details in the database accurately. Meet and strive to exceed the team's weekly and monthly targets. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software. Must be authorized to work in the USA.
