Outbound Sales Specialist

Wali Systems (Pvt) Limited is urgently seeking an experienced outbound Sales and Marketing specialist, preferably with a background in IT or a related department. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients interested in software development services, as well as conducting online research on IT companies and competitors. Applicants with a technical background are preferred; however, candidates with a degree in business administration and strong sales and marketing experience are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment is highly desirable. Experience in a similar role within an IT firm is also acceptable. Responsibilities : Engage with customers via telephone and email to describe products and services, persuading leads or potential clients to purchase. Educate customers about product offerings and services to enhance their online presence, explaining pricing and addressing queries to build customer value. Follow up with customers via phone or email after initial contact. Consistently achieve organizational monthly sales targets. Continuously update product knowledge to better serve customer needs. Job Specification Skills / Requirements : At least one year of telesales experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and sales skills. Experience with web-based applications, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM tools. Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to handle sensitive client information responsibly. Problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to work independently. Excellent English speaking skills; North American accent preferred. Professional attitude and excellent temperament. Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate US East Coast clients.
