The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our restaurant-focused software solutions in Sialkot, Daska, and Gujranwala. The role includes lead generation, client visits, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily progress reporting, lead data entry, and achievement of monthly sales targets are mandatory. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new restaurant clients within Sialkot, Daska, and Gujranwala through outbound calls, visits, and online channels. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor pricing, and client needs in the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers. Present, demonstrate, and recommend software solutions tailored to restaurant needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring smooth client onboarding. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate client and lead data in CRM / Notebook for tracking and follow-up. Provide daily progress reports and sales pipeline updates to management. Stay updated on new product launches, features, and industry trends. Collaborate with team leaders and support staff to maximize customer satisfaction. Provide post-sales support to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities. Job Specification
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in SaaS / Tech or B2B sales (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred). Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive environments. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have own conveyance for visiting restaurants in Sialkot, Daska, and Gujranwala. Tech savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, online demos, and remote selling. Performance & Evaluation (First 3 Months)
Month 1–3 : Monitor daily progress, lead data entry, and achievement of regional targets. Full Salary : Released upon completion of monthly KPIs. Bonus Eligibility : Food and fuel bonuses start after 3-month performance review. Career Growth : Opportunity to advance to Senior Sales Executive or Business Development Manager within 12–18 months.
