Job Specification

• Coordinate with the sales manager regarding daily order reports, individual sales, and customer correspondence.
• Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation.
• Respond to customer emails in a high-volume environment.
• The successful candidate must have a strong interest in technology, computers, and IT products.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and potential customers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, the Internet, and email.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Develop sales / marketing strategies based on given guidelines and visit customers.
• The candidate must be hardworking and able to enhance sales volume and meet given sales targets.
