What is Expert Quality Assurance - HealthTech?

The Expert Quality Assurance - HealthTech is part of the Quality Assurance team under the Digital Healthcare vertical. This role reports directly to the Manager Quality Assurance - HealthTech and collaborates with cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners.

What does Expert Quality Assurance - HealthTech do?

• Conduct thorough evaluations and audits of HealthTech's digital and partner healthcare services, ensuring compliance with clinical and service quality standards.
• Assess customer journeys for lab bookings, pharmacy orders, surgery scheduling, and telemedicine consultations.
• Identify process gaps, capture and address patient pain points, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Develop and execute Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and collaborate with training teams for staff and partner development.
• Analyze healthcare and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the Manager Quality Assurance in vendor performance management, audits, and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and data privacy standards.
• Prepare and share regular reports and insights into clinical and service quality with relevant stakeholders.
