In this position, you will lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of software engineers to build next-generation content management systems.
• Implement end-to-end Scrum process and follow it .
• Communicate with Product team in Berlin and make things better.
• Implement high-quality assurance processes.
• Partner with product management and feature stakeholders to determine project scope, provide regular updates, and elicit feedback.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to direct report staff, for both technical and non-technical issues. Ensure high productivity of team members. Provide support for their career growth and personal development.
• Plan releases and schedule development. Provide estimates and initial assessment for proposed development tasks and features. Track and report progress of the project against key milestones. Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of feature commitments.
