Job Description

We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our development team at AIIT Solutions. Responsibilities include creating detailed and structured test plans and test cases, estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities, performing penetration testing, and ensuring compliance with privacy and security requirements. The candidate will also perform regression testing, stay updated with new testing tools and strategies, and ensure quality standards are met. Requirements

Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software quality. Review requirements and technical documents to provide feedback. Create comprehensive test plans and cases. Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities. Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards. Implement risk mitigation and control processes for security incidents. Document security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly. Perform regression testing after bug fixes. Develop testing processes for new and existing products. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand system requirements. Monitor QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Stay current with new testing tools and strategies. Have a complete understanding of automation and performance testing systems.
