Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing and automation. This role focuses on test planning, automation, and performance testing to ensure seamless user experiences and software reliability. You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement test plans for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

Automate end-to-end tests using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Perform API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.

Conduct performance and load testing with JMeter or Gatling.

Track and manage defects using Jira, TestRail, or equivalent tools.

Collaborate with developers to improve software quality and CI / CD integration.

Ensure compliance with testing best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in QA / testing.

Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured.

Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).

Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and test integration.

Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).

Solid grasp of manual and automated testing methodologies
