Do you spot even the tiniest slip in scripts faster than anyone else? Then we want you!

What You Need to Bring :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment (QC or agent role)

Sharp ears and sharper judgment

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Ability to work independently during night hours

What You'll Do :

Monitor and evaluate calls for quality and compliance

Prepare feedback reports for improvement

Collaborate with the team to maintain top-notch customer experience standards
