• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and renewals.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
