Masters / 04 years Graduation degree in Marketing. - Market and promote Intelligentsia's licensing products line in assigned verticals. - Assess client needs and put together a presentation for the client that addresses and meets their requirements to ultimately close a sale. - Maintain records of all quotations, sales, and activity reports through CRM / Excel for submission to the Sr. Sales Manager. - Pursue new clients, assisting in setting up meetings and closure towards contract signing. - Implement and maintain competence with the business plan and sales strategy for the attainment of assigned targets. - Identify, interpret, and communicate special service requirements of customers. - Initiate and coordinate the implementation of sales action plans to penetrate new markets. - Participate in building more effective communication to understand training and development needs and provide insight for performance improvement activities. - Work with management to develop tactics for increased revenue and growth. - Provide timely, accurate, competitive quotations to prospects while maintaining a follow-up strategy to win & close quoted projects. - Participate in creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team. - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular close contact account management, which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone, and email communication. Works closely with other BDEs while maintaining effective communication and flow of activities with the engineering team and other relevant departments.
