We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base, build strong relationships, and achieve sustainable business growth. Responsibilities :

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs.

Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions.

Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare regular sales reports.

Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT / software / digital services).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of B2B, B2C sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Preferred Skills (Plus) :

Experience with international clients (US, UK, EU, or Middle East).

Knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other lead generation platforms.

Familiarity with IT / software solutions and digital marketing services.
