We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance brand awareness and product offerings
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed
