Job description

We are seeking a Business Development professional with hands-on experience in the digital marketing / creative agency space. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation. This role is focused on bringing in new business, expanding our client portfolio, and accelerating agency growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing, creative, and media services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, outreach, and conversions.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline with clear reporting on progress and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance) to align service offerings with client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong portfolio of clients closed in the past, including details of deal sizes / ticket values.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, performance marketing, creative, influencer marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to bring immediate value through existing networks or PR (preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Timings

  • Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM
  • Saturdays WFH
