We are seeking a Business Development professional with hands-on experience in the digital marketing / creative agency space. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation. This role is focused on bringing in new business, expanding our client portfolio, and accelerating agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing, creative, and media services.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, outreach, and conversions.
- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Maintain a sales pipeline with clear reporting on progress and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance) to align service offerings with client needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency.Strong portfolio of clients closed in the past, including details of deal sizes / ticket values.Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, performance marketing, creative, influencer marketing, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to bring immediate value through existing networks or PR (preferred).Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Timings
