Overview
CSR is responsible for selling a company's products or services to potential and existing customers. Their primary duties include making outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing information about the features and benefits of the products or services offered. CSRs may also be responsible for processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Successful CSRs must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be comfortable using computer systems and software, and be able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
