Record and modify customer information within the database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns / queries Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company\'s customer service policies Other duties as requested Job Type
Full-time Salary : Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month Job Specification
Requirements : You must possess a friendly and professional phone manner, basic technical skills, writing skills and learn an industry-specific database, and able to multi-task. At least 1 -2 years of experience in a customer-facing job. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and prioritizing skills.
