For this role, you will be expected to provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of customer queries through means of written and verbal communications and a positive attitude. This role requires you to be a proficient communicator with a knack for problem-solving – the one who instantly comes up with solutions to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat. Deliver a class apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our client. Maintain swift responses to customers and handle their concerns in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner. Document each customer query as well as the resulting solution. Provide alternatives to products / items that are not available or address customer concerns effectively. Follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing resolutions. Stay up to date with the latest updates on system information and process changes. Handle objections and manage customer pushbacks with professionalism. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Will ingness to work in rotating shifts. Why Join Skylex?
