Job Responsibilities

• Ensure success in a sales environment with advanced administrative skills.
• Understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.
• Issue sales transaction invoices.
• Verify bookings, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contact sales by phone or email to answer queries and obtain booking information.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Compile monthly sales reports.
• Support the sales department with other administrative tasks.
