Job description

Communicating the benefits of the company's product in order to drive sales.

Interacting directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process,

Identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services.

Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections :

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive

communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.

Job Specification

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience of 2 years working in a UK / US based environment or BPO would be given preference,
