Job description

Communicating the benefits of the company's product in order to drive sales. -Interacting directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process, -Identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services. -Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections : - Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. -Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools. Requirements : - Bachelor's Degree - Prior experience of 2 years working in a UK / US based environment or BPO would be given preference, Outsourcing / Offshoring - Rawalpindi, Pakistan
