Contract Manager

Should have experience in projects involving JVs and sub-contracting from initiation to completion. Must be able to interpret contract clauses between different parties, identify clauses that could impact project health, and take immediate actions related to timelines, extensions, and contractual issues, including BOQ disputes between clients, contractors, and consultants. Should facilitate arbitration processes. Well-versed with the latest government rules, policies, and project-specific exemptions. Job Specification

Capable of preparing timely reports and proposing actions in coordination with the client, consultants, and JV members. Able to formulate suitable contractual terms for sub-contracting. Should monitor and control the project within contractual parameters from start to finish. Minimum of five to seven years of relevant project experience with reputed firms.
