Responsibilities : Responsible for the implementing of Quality Management System as per ISO 9001 : 2008 Standard requirements. Support Director QEC in preparation of Self Assessment Reports. Arrangements of Entry, Mid and End point surveys and data entry of these forms. Support Director in preparation of Quarterly Progress Report for Higher Education Commission. Supervise data analyst in day to day activities regarding quality management. Assist and provide consultancy to all departments regarding Project Excellence 2010. Provide training to other staff members on Quality system and tools. Provide advisory and reference services to new employees. Manage Quality Manual and Six Mandatory procedures. Ensure the implementation of Control of documents and Records procedure. Job Specification
Candidates having expertise in Quality Management Processes, knowledge of applications of statistical techniques, and good command on computer applications will be given preference. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and writing skills are prerequisite. Practical experience with Quality Management Systems, tools, and standards. Should be familiar with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma implementation techniques.
