Assistant Manager Production

The main purpose of this position is Planning, Coordination & Control of manufacturing process. The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth running of all production process and quality of output. Oversee the production processes and draw up a production schedule. Ensure high quality and cost effective production. Monitor the production processes and adjust the schedules as needed. Monitor product standard and implement quality controls. Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines are followed. Ensure adherence to all relevant SOPs at workplace. Releasing Production Order and ensuring receipt of raw material or dispatch of finished goods to Supply Chain accordingly. Spillage control and emergency response. Adherence to and monitoring of ISO-9001 : 2015 Quality Management System, ISO-14001 : 2015 Environmental Management System & ISO 45001 : 2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 50001 Energy management system at production floor / office. Understanding of Good Management Practices at production floor. Production planning. Knowledge of textile application fields. ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001.
