Design, develop and customize training modules and materials in consultation with concerned departments. Liaison with concerned stakeholders for mobilizing local master trainers. Look after all the administrative arrangements for in-house trainings. Conduct optimum numbers of training courses in consultation with the L&D Head Office. Evaluate trainings and write course / workshop reports of trainings conducted in the centre. Ensure that training centre’s physical resources are well maintained and functioning. Assist Training Head and coordinate with R&S for arranging induction programs for new joiners and share reports. Job Specification
5 years of proven experience and at least 2 to 3 years in relevant domain. Candidates having bank exposure will be given preference.
