Assistant Manager Production

The main purpose of this position is Planning, Coordination & Control of manufacturing process. The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth running of all production process and quality of output.

• Oversee the production processes and draw up a production schedule.
• Ensure high quality and cost effective production.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust the schedules as needed.
• Monitor product standard and implement quality controls.
• Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines are followed.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant SOPs at workplace.
• Releasing Production Order and ensuring receipt of raw material or dispatch of finished goods to Supply Chain accordingly.
• Spillage control and emergency response.

Adherence to and monitoring of ISO-9001 : 2015 Quality Management System, ISO-14001 : 2015 Environmental Management System & ISO 45001 : 2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 50001 Energy management system at production floor / office.
