Job Purpose
- The role will be responsible for supporting the sales team in identifying client needs, designing end-to-end solutions (Fixed Data, Voice, VPBX & FTTH), preparing proposals, and ensuring solution to fit to business requirements. This role bridges technical expertise with business acumen to enable successful deal closures.
Job Responsibilities
Engage with enterprise team and clients to gather technical & business requirements.Managing in-house and outsourced vendor field teams to ensure smooth enterprise business technical operationsE2E Management of Enterprise solutions Feasibility, Solution design such as Fixed Line (BGP, DIA / DPLC, IEPL, CDN, IPLC, SDWAN, PRI / SIP, FTTH, M2M, IoT)Developing RFP / RFQ / RFI responses for potential clients to win new business & expand services footprint with existing clients.Prepare technical & commercial proposals, RFP / RFI responses, and solution architecture documents.Conduct product demos, workshops, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) with corporate function.Collaborate with Product, Network, and Operations teams to ensure feasibility & accuracy of solutions.Liaison Customers, ISPs , vendor and regional engineering teams for solutions Preparation.Defines and reviews policies, procedures and guidelines for the Products and monitors and supervises their implementationMonitors, evaluates, and highlights the products ongoing performance and quality of its output, services, monitors and reviews key performance indicators.Coordinates business requirements across all business units and develops and implements plan to support the business needs with cross functional team relationship.Assist in arranging and keeping track of capacities requirements for corporate business.OPEX and CAPEX budget working, tracking the business forecast by commercial team.Supporting Regional teams in complex designs.Value addition in improving existing system and processes.Providing support in resolving vendor issues.Eligibility Criteria
Education :
Must be a graduate with minimum 16 years of educationWork Experience :
5 to 8 years’ fixed / mobility products experience in Telecom / ICT services.Skills – Generic :

Good knowledge of E2E Corporate Fixed line business process including Pre-sales & In-salesGood experience in Vendor management, bidding process and vendor technical evaluationsExperience in new technologies.Strong technical knowledge of IP / MPLS, BGP SIP, VoIP, VPBX, FTTX, Leased Circuits, and Data Connectivity solutions.Strong proposal writing, solution design, and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Should demonstrate the highest level of professional empathy and respect towards colleagues.Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Network teams.CCNP will be preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
