JS Bank is looking for a

dynamic Product Manager – Wealth

to manage all wealth management products, including

Bancassurance and Mutual Funds , ensuring smooth operations and compliance with

SECP and SBP regulations . The role involves driving product initiatives, analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, and supporting the bank’s wealth management growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth product and process management with sales campaigns and trainings.

Develop incentive campaigns and provide operational support to achieve targets.

Drive Bancassurance and Mutual Funds sales initiatives aligned with budgets.

Monitor wealth operations, ensuring compliance and timely issuance.

Conduct research & development for new wealth management products.

Analyze MIS reports and complaints to improve processes and service standards.

Maintain persistency levels of Bancassurance products.

Manage internal and external audits.

Investigate and respond to customer complaints; highlight recurring issues.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design branch marketing collateral.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Knowledge of wealth management, Bancassurance, and Mutual Funds.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with SECP and SBP regulations.
